	Mark as Spam ladyshade : 06/21/2006 10:29 AM Hey, its real easy. It an option to upload a video right under the option to upload a photo. U can upload one from ur Computer or from a url. I find it easier from your computer. U have to have the videos on it in files. But when u go to upload it its gonna take a while. so if it seems like the page has frozen or stopped it hasn't just leave it and just check back up on it everyonce in a while. it will upload eventually.
